This Saturday, January 15th at 5pm and Sunday, January 16th at 3pm (AZ time) we will air a 90 minute 40th anniversary tribute to KWFM, Tucson’s Free Form Progressive Rock station. This is produced by original KWFM, DJ, Margie Wyre. The station also featured several DJ’s (including Nina Joy & Steve Zind ) that went on to work for the underground KDKB (1st free form FM station in Phoenix). KWFM went off the air in 1983.
